    Pros

    Stimulating environment, paid training, benefits and bonuses.

    Cons

    Limited advancement opportunities; branch office relationship will determine everything - bonuses, job satisfaction, wages, future earnings. Headquarters is not stupid to the flaws in their business model, but they will swallow the evidence before acknowledging there is a problem with the two-person office.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your branch staff as valuable resources just as you would have your branch staff treat the clients.
