“Great work life balance...if you work for the right FA”
I have been working at Edward Jones
Pros – *Great place to work if you are looking if you like a laid back atmosphere!
Cons – * The pay is not competitve with the industry, but bonus structure is very lucrative if you work for teh right financial advisor.
Advice to Senior Management – You should rethink the pay-grade of BOA's as they handle so much and don't seem to be compensated well.
