FloTrac Manager (Current Employee) Irvine, CA

ProsPeople are great
Challenging but rewarding products
Great benefits (especially stock purchase)

ConsProduct is not a standard of care - yet
Not much support from upper management
Marketing could be MUCH better
Have lowered pay structure two years in a row while drastically increasing quotas.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevote more resources to educating clinicians, especially doctors, about why they should be utilizing less invasive hemodynamic technologies. Work to get them reimbursable. Show more appreciation for field sales reps.
