“Nice environment and learning experiences”
Current Employee – been working at Edwards Lifesciences
Pros – Team work among colleagues is great, especially to get things done. Lots of training to get you to appreciate and understand your part in a project.
Cons – Work load can be too extreme at times. Lack of appreciation for work-life balance concept, to the extent of non-existence at times. Pay wise, not competitve enough
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work. Listen to the employees from all levels and increase the awareness of better work-life balance
