Pros

We manage more keywords, execute more daily bid changes, and handle more search spend than any other search engine marketing firm in the world. We do this for the largest and most sophisticated advertisers on the Web. The company is open to employees changing to completely new roles. I was able to transition from QA Engineer to Business Analyst. Face time is not necessary. Get paid for full-time work but work part-time hours.

Cons

Account managers and directors are rude and incompetent. They are not intelligent yet they think they know everything. The work is not challenging.

Advice to Senior Management

Hurry up and sell the company or go public!
