Current Employee – been working at Efficio

Pros – Small company, so you do have chance to do lots of things, i.e., firm build, recruiting as well as projects
You get to know all people in a very short time.

Cons – Very niche market player. The company certainly makes big money for the founders and VPs. Unless you want to work in procurement for the rest of your life, this is not the place for you.
Crazy company wide appraisal for 'Efficio formatting', means you may work at 3:00am on making the spread sheet perfect, really perfect.

Advice to Senior Management – You need to consider different needs of different employees. Otherwise, only people with no big ambitions would like to stay.
