I have been working at Eileen Fisher

    Pros

Beautiful office space in both the Irvington headquarters as well NYC. Vacation time and holidays are generous.

    Cons

Unless you're part of the inner circle, don't expect to advance your career. Many of the "leaders" do not have expertise in their industry. Too many meetings that solve nothing expect for scheduling another meeting. It's a shame as the company has brought on a lot of young talent but doesn't empower them or give them a good reason to stick around. HR does not have the employees best interest in mind.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start acting like a business of your size and make smart decisions. Stop relying on emotional based decisions.
