“A different business model for the appareal industry, but needs more risk taking and decissiveness.”
Current Employee – been working at Eileen Fisher
Pros – Innovative business model in the apparel design field.
Cons – Managment is sometimes very flighty, undecissive, and doesn't take risks.
Advice to Senior Management – Just do it. Don't talk things to death.
