Really bad experience

ProsDespite its size, its still a privately held company, managed in a family-like environment. In that sense, it is a quite stable job.

ConsManagement is not d and a lot of promotions are based on internal family connections. Not recommended if you are a high performer.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
