ProsWork-Life Balance (Flex-40 schedule)
Ok, benefits
The ability to learn from seasoned professionals (if you ask the right questions)
Good projects to work on, just need to be executed by the right team

ConsManagers who will lie to your face to keep you productive
Managers who can be insulting to a seasoned professional while not having the appropriate knowledge about what the professional is working on.
Less-experienced individuals are praised for small efforts, while experienced professionals are constantly overlooked and slow to promote.
Lots of turnover in the organization

Advice to Senior ManagementEmploy upper level managers who know what they are doing
Do not create continuous layers of middle to lower management, too much overlap and crazy directions from wannabe managers at the bottom.
