Good place to get your foot in the door, dreadfully boring however...

Pros-Work with industry experts everday
-Lots of exposure to the utility industry
-Nice buildings and offices
-Opputunity to learn a lot
-Cafeteria on-site with excellent food

Cons-Little research is performed in house
-Mainly middle man work
-Tons of email
-Intern work is equivalent to secretary work, even for engineering students
-Very political work environment

Advice to Senior Management-Give employees stimulating work
-Don't be so political
