I have been working at Electrolux Major Appliances

Pros – Company strives to be better, but still is in a silo mode of functioning. Just started using SOP type meetings.

Cons – IT systems not up to date and not user friendly

Advice to Senior Management – Have goals for each area that do not conflict with other departments. Need to be cohesive
