Cool work environment, if you like an 50h+ work week..

Pros...Free games! What's not to like? EA has some very smart, cool people, laid back attitude, flexible work arrangements...and the gym, and cafe are awesome

Consfelt there was favortism in the department. It wasn't what you knew and how well you knew it, but who you knew.
