Great fun to work for, fantastic atmosphere

Creative Project Manager (Former Employee) Guildford, England (UK)

Pros- Great people to work with in your teams
- Fantastic offices, great atmosphere

Cons- A lot of departments aren't as involved with the final product as you'd think, which can lead to issues at times
- Outside of major cities, pay isn't quite industry standard

Advice to Senior Management- Connect more with the employees that make things tick!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
