great work/life balance, good management who takes acknowledgment in their employees

None that I honestly saw. The internship is unpaid but I was expecting that.

    There are too many goals, and upper management needs to prioritize them. Also, fix what's broken first before working on new things.

    There are many talented people to work with. Some of the projects are interesting.

    Weak compensation, few 'perks', crappy, run-down building, sweat-shop mentality.
