    The soldiers are amazing, the leaders (especially Senior ones) are politicians, not value added

    Pros

    - Solid compensation
    - Working with very intelligent experienced staff
    - Diversity of staff and industry experience
    - Passion about gaming

    Cons

    - Weak ineffective management
    - Too much management
    - Not enough leaders or leadership
    - Company can't make a net profit
    - Culture (ineffective, not malicious)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Dig deeper to find out what is really going on in the company by talking to the people doing the work and trim all the middle management fat.
