Pros

If you work hard, you will get noticed. At electronic arts you are surrounded by some of the top designers, artists, programmers, DD's... whatever field you are interested in, you can learn from the best

Cons

If you do not reach out to people and state your ambitions, do not expect any opportunities to come to you. Pay your dues.

    Pros

Great friendly company culture, employees are well taken care of, we have everything we need for a well balanced lifestyle.

    Cons

Hiring mostly temporary full time employees ... possibly a mean to save money considering TFT's do not have as many benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up the good work

I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Some people are good to work with, good culture within team, nice facility and decent cafeteria.

    Cons

A lot of people are just burned out or just straight up lazy as hell...at work for 8 hours they spend 6 hours surfing the web. Way too many layers of office politics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop hiring incompetent people that happen to be your friends. Be reasonable with work/life balance and reward the hard workers and get rid of the lazy people.
