“This is my second time at EA, and I don't regret going back for round 2 in the least.”
I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time for more than a year
Pros – Smart people to work with, gym, cafeteria, soccer field and other great amenities.
High industry pay, and great benefits.
Cons – The continually shifting market place makes shifts mid project a fact of life.
Have not been historically good at creating new IP, and have acquired most major franchises.
Advice to Senior Management – Create a few internal IP's by letting passionate people on the teams create designs and submit them, and reward them in some way for the attempts that are promising.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
