Young and dynamic minds working together. Work pressure is not that much and working is always fun.

    Cons

Salary is too low. the career opportunities are not much. From outside it looks good but career wise its not that good if you r not a gamer.

    Advice to Management

Utilize the resources based on their strengths and provide better opportunities.

    Pros

    Cons

goes through layoffs., regularly this gives the jitters to the market and employees all the time...

    Advice to Management

plan ahead and dont follow the whims of the wall street., create a inclusive culture and ensure you create pathbreaking technologies rather than just follow what the software biggies dictate.
