Pros

- Amazing people.
- Great building.
- Lots of free food and drinks.
- Free gym and sports groups.
- Exciting projects.

Cons

- Big company with the problems that size brings.
- Lots of overtime (mostly unpaid).
- Focus on contract positions.
- Contracts are rarely turned into permanent position and even then any decision is always left to the very end.

Advice to Management

Make sure you can speed up the decision making, try and get more manageable scopes so overtime is not so intense, and hopefully cut back on contracts and/or give better/quicker response to contractors.

    Pros

    Higher pay than some studios.
    Good name on the resume.
    Good enough equipment.

    Cons

    No breakfast.
    No education allowance.
No opportunity to advance your career.
    No overtime pay.
Very bad overtime food (cheapest caterer in town).
    No paid taxi ride home.

    Advice to Management

Incompetent people. They should hire people who used to work in production rather than just business, marketing majors, or lack thereof.
