Solid pay and benefits. Always opportunities to learn with wide variety of talent.

Cons

Long hours. Somewhat poor, inflexible management. Too many layers...

Be more agile and flat. Always open the door for closer team work.

    Pros

    Workplace and benefits are great! Awesome facility and you always have good people to work with. Lots of opportunities to move around as well.

    Cons

    Work-life balance is a struggle and senior management don't really understand. They continue to try and squeeze as much out of you as possible while keeping you within the studio for as long as they can.

    Pros

    Co workers are great and have a positive attitude
    The company put a lot of resources into our studio to help it grow
    Great Benefits
    Work hard and you will be rewarded

    Cons

    long hours
    a lot of bureaucracy when dealing with departments outside the studio
    can become stressful when trying to meet deadlines

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    do not micro manage studios. If the team is successful stay out of the way and make sure they have what they need to keep succeeding
