I have been working at Electronic Arts

    Pros

You will have to be fast and think on your feet, but in the survivalist environment of pushing out projects as quickly as EA does, you learn a lot.

    Cons

The organization is slow to respond and it is very profit driven, but teams/studios vary

I have been working at Electronic Arts

    Pros

Pros are some of the benefits and being casual at work. Team lunch at times and it is fun to be here during Christmas time.

    Cons

The management is not that great and they don't have good hikes. They are flexible with work at times.
