    Pros

In the early years, EDS was a great place to work.

    Cons

Things started to go south when the company was spu off from GM. Local management was awful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees. Take care of your employees.

I have been working at Electronic Data Systems full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

EDS sounds good on your resume. Benefits are decent but not exceptional. Range of work possible and the locations you could work are large/

    Cons

Pay is poor. Many roles are hourly. Payroll make so many errors (like being paid $52 for 2 weeks) that you wonder if the company is trying to balance its books by not paying workers on time.
