A consistent Paycheck. Decent 401(k) match. Ability to meet lots of people (since turnover was so high). Access to the internet during slow times

Cons

Leadership constantly motivating you by saying "at least you still have a job". co-workers were idiots and they were the ones that everyone looked up to.

Advice to Senior Management

Be happy that HP bought you, it wasn't going to be getting any better anytime soon. Learn to really motivate your employees, not to demotivate them by taking away their pay.
