    Pros

Good salary schedule. Raises happened on a regular schedule. Division meetings kept employees abreast of latest developments. Reviews were regular and helpful.

    Cons

Changes had to go through layers of bureaucracy. Layoffs greatly increased workload of those remaining. The number and complexity of projects did not decrease with a smaller workforce.

    Advice to Management

Balance the needs of employees and shareholders. Make sure that short term financial gains do not hold precedence over long term fiscal health.
