I have been working at Eli Lilly full-time for more than 10 years

Excellent history of global marketing successes delivering blockbuster drugs. Strong focus on marketing development capabilities. Hiring bright young talent.

Turnover at the top of the marketing organization and the emergence of a new cadre of marketing leaders has created a deficit of marketing experience at the top. Short term pipeline is weak especially in the face of key product patent expirations.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make the hard decisions about the size and capabilities of the organization that you can afford to sustain over the next few years and then be frank with employess.

Comfortable, friendly work atmosphere and very flexible and understanding in working around full-time school schedule

As an intern and full-time student, it was difficult because I could not work weekend or night hours. Nearly all the lab employees seem to work 8 or 9am to 4 or 5pm

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look in the mirror and ask why it is o.k. to give yourself bigger bonuses and raises at the expence of those who are scrapping by. Values and culture a lie. Would rather be layed off than told to find another job or be fired..... This is how they can say Lilly's has never laid anyone off.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
