Current Employee - Senior Project Engineer in Indianapolis, IN

I have been working at Eli Lilly full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Decent pay and benefits, good culture and good people. Good facilities.

    Cons

Engineering & Technical jobs can be very, very stressful. Way too much validation & qualification requirements for manufacturing - far beyond what is really required by FDA. Not many promotional opportunities these days, and stock options have been worthless for many years. Too much of a youth culture for management. Management candidates are chosen very early - and fast-tracked while others are "left behind."

    Neutral Outlook
