Pros
Great Salary, Great Benefits, Flexible Time, It is very easy to meet people who can help you advance your career.
Cons
One of the worst parts about Eli Lilly is the difficulty for entry level applicants to gain employment. It is also difficult to make big changes due to the large corporate atmosphere.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't overlook the interns for potential employment.
