ConsPatent expiration means job expiration. Emphasis on sales results has been watered down over the last few years.

    Stay away, going down the tubes

    I worked at Eli Lilly full-time for more than 10 years


    Pros: good benefits, good office buildings and cafeteria food selections. Cons: Paranoia and Fear abound, especially in IT. Everything is… Advice to Senior Management: Build a quidditch field next to the soccer field. That will surely attract top… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
