When I accepted a job at Eli Lilly I was so excited and proud to be part of the Lilly family; but that wore off within six months. I was so shock that Eli Lilly (their management) would openly practice racism.

Advice to Senior Management

The word diversity is a word used for the public but Eli Lilly does not practice it. Management needs to stop the practice of hiring and promoting their buddies and relatives.
