I worked at Eli Lilly full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great experience in a huge multi-national company, able to sit in on a lot of meetings and see what other labs are doing in addition to your projects. It's a great experience and you're thrown into a lab, collabroating with other team members and given your own projects right off the bat. Great experience and opportunities to pick up more projects

Cons

Inefficiencies, bureaucracy, anything that comes with a huge company
