Small chain of command, freedom to perform, not micro-managed... Solid 21 year history with impressive client list, Top Secret facility clearance, GSA Schedule, WOSB Certs... Strong commission percentages. Ownership treats company employees like family and truly cares about them personally and professionally. Ownership believes in work/life balance with a "family first" attitude.

Cons

Average benefits package needs to be upgraded.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Re-institute direct deposit. Continue to focus on the core strengths: Professional Services, Program Management, Teaming, Staff Augmentation.

    Pros

    Pretty good Camaraderie with in the local NY office.

    Cons

    Limited, narrow client base. High pressure to make submittals. Old school attempt to foster competition among recruiters by sourcing for the same job assignment instead of assigning different job openings to each recruiter. Very high turnover for the newest employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Offer base plus commission to the recruiters, not ONLY 100% commission after the first year. Your top recruiter should make 80-100K+, not 65K.
