Pros

Support from team and leadership team
Constantly pushing yourself out of your comfort zone
Learn new things all the time

Cons

Management team is lacking some basic leadership skills and communication about what is going on continues to be an issue. Discipline is a huge problem.

Advice to Management

Rely on your managers to do what's right and it's ok if mistakes are made once in awhile. Senior management doesn't have to touch, review, and be involved with every little detail.

    Pros

Most employees are passionate about their work and truly believe that Eliza can influence the health of their clients members. Fast paced most of the time, so you are always working on something different.

    Cons

The leadership does not seem to be strong enough. It seems like they are just taking orders from the venture capitalists who invested in Eliza a few years ago.

    Advice to Management

Be more aggressive and take some chances on some businesses out of the healthcare vertical. Hold your managers accountable for failed deliverables.

    Pros

Very flexible with working from home, beer on Fridays, the culture seemed quite relaxed, although this was a negative at times

    Cons

Benefits were meh and no real room for growth. As a contractor it was looked down upon to work more than 40 hours as they did not want to pay overtime.
