Pros

Benefits, location, hours, experience. I have learned about different diets and conditions and what different diets can or cant eat.

Cons

I havent really seen any downsides from working here so far. Its a good job and I enjoy my work.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The discipline program needs to be upgraded. Some people get eay to many chances on different violations of company policies.

    Happy to be a senior RN. Take pride in sharing my knowledge to take the best care of our patients.

    Managers no managerial skills. Communication is lacking. Promote negative behaviors, focus minor problems, Serious problems ignored Teaching new staff ispoor

    Discouraged that new hires are not taught basics.. Can't learn on their own . The future looks grim. Worry about good care future

    It was somewhat negative due to management and the poor treatment of employees by management

    Pros

    Co-workers were good and got along relatively well. Ability to treat patients from all socioeconomic classes.

    Cons

    Vey poor managers which was pervasive throughout departments include Human resources. There was a significant antagonistic style in which employees were treated by management. There was never positive or constructive criticism.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better management training and teach was of being supportive to employees instead of antagonistic. consider replacing some of the heads of various departments in Human Resources for example
