Pros: Cross functional teams allow for high visibility, growth, and movement. Great… Cons: Seems to be almost annual "reorganization". In sales position, constant changing… Advice to Senior Management: Create a meaningful sales organization structure and stick with it for 3 years before you change it up. This is a great place to work, but they stiff you on pay.
