    Pros

Good salary and benefits, and several excellent people make for an intellectually challenging environment. Comfortable surroundings and perks.

    Cons

Several weak mid-level and higher managers result in poor leadership and decision-making. Corporate mentality emphasizes meeting numbers without real regard to quality of work.

    Advice to Management

Reorganization this year forced a new structure that makes sense from a marketing perspective, but at the expense of real quality of medical products for end users.
