    Pros

Fantastic coworkers (excellent people, doing excellent work). Leadership that cares and shows it via communication as well as extensive, comprehensive employee benefits. And an important mission that helps save the planet.

    Cons

I can't think of any cons.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

The owner only hires attractive employees. The well meaning employees hold management to some account. Managers sponsor frequent happy hours.

    Cons

There is a glass ceiling for everyone. Management flat out ignores good ideas. Lack of leadership is poisoning the whole company. Cutting corners and sloppy workmanship is the norm. Management has no problem asking employees to take unnecessary risks.

    Advice to Management

Come up with a business model that doesn't rely solely on utility rebate programs. Try to return to your roots. The focus has shifted from making the world a better place to making more money. An internal restructuring is long overdue.
