Pros – Other employess are very friendly. Some of the supervisors went out of their way to help you if you needed it. Very understanding of family issues.

Cons – Towards the end, it got really hard to get any time off. Supervisors were inconsistent in directions given to staff.

Advice to Senior Management – Your employees are a source of wealth. They can make or break a company. Treat them with respect and you will get the same in return. A lot of talented people are over looked for advancement.
