The Emaar Properties are known for providing good developments to communities. Tallest building in the world was really a big challange.

Cons

Lot of internal politics in Senior Management. They do not realize (Directors and CEOs) that they are sinking the company with their egos. A company living in a hyped world. Big shunting in head counts.

Advice to Senior Management

They haven't realized that actual head count can be shunted from finance and human resourcs department. Lots of CEO's and unnecessary Director positions contributes to huge financial burden on the organization.
