    Pros

The management is understanding, respectful and loyal.

    Cons

It was a part time job that I had. Embassy was not my career goal.

    Pros

The employee perks were great. When we were allowed to partake in them, it was nice.

    Cons

Middle management not allowing employees their rights. Not allowing employees appropriate safety equipment, like gloves to clean a toilet. Not allowing employees to stay home when sick. Managers calling employees at home to yell and scream at them. Getting lectures and write-ups for incidents that occured on your off-time. Managers falsifying training documentation to corporate office. Managers putting employees down and insulting them for their economic status. No raises, awards, or appreciation, even with high positive customer feedback.

    Advice to Management

Corporate office: read the reviews! Understand that the problem is with a small number of managers and get them out!!
