    Reward technical carreer.
    Recover the engineering prone company that it was years ago.

    Cons

    Very bad middle management, from a technical backgound without leadership skills
    HR policies are very outdated
    Very slow to react to labour market changes, very very very very slow to promote the best and deal with underperformers

    Advice to Management

    Hire the best and few people, give real bonus to encourage the best to stay
