Emdeon Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Emdeon full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Great benefits. Good pay. Fun atmosphere.

Cons – Too many re-orgs. At least one a year. Pay is NOT what it says it is on here for a BA. It's still good pay but not as great as Glass Door reviews say. Either that or I'm being screwed.

Advice to Senior Management – Every time a re-org happens or Management roles change it puts us employees back. Where we may have been planning and making way for ourselves for advancement with our Managers then they are moved we are pretty much starting over with new Managers who know nothing about our skills, strengths or weaknesses.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
