I have been working at Emergent BioSolutions full-time for less than a year
Pros – Growing company that is reflected upon an employees ability to grow within the company. Fair pay.
Cons – Site locations are not very appealing unless maybe you're already from the area. Lansing, Baltimore, Seattle, etc...
Advice to Senior Management – Management varies from department to department. Some are more connected with their employees than others
