It is a pretty new company. As it is growing it needs to hire technical managers and empower developers as it is doing currently

    I worked at Emergint Technologies full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Still has a small company feel even if they have grown a lot recently.

    Cons

    Client CDC in Atlanta so this is government work. To satisfy government contract requirements, the company has to fill positions with people even if that person is not qualified. So if you get a coworker who you depend on who can not do his/her job you are stuck with that person. Do not depend on management to help you out. All they care about is people billing the government. The main office has experienced a lot of turnover. Management does not care about the individual or career development.

    Take the time to listen to your employees and act. Let professionals do the work they are trained to do.
