Good for learning, but the employees are overworked

ProsGreat place to learn different tasks, and the people are generally very helpful and nice.

ConsStaff is overworked, generally are not trained formally, and are under compensated for the amount of work that they do.

Advice to Senior ManagementUse better HR practices. Hire more people who can advise on HR regulations, and employ efficiency and employee training in a better manner.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    I have been working at Emeritus Senior Living part-time for more than a year


    Pros: Helping the elderly and meeting their families. Cons: Lack of team work!, no communication, little respect for employees, very unpaid. Managers need some sort of training because whenever you go to them… Advice to Senior Management: Do your job and start taking care of these complaints.
