Not enough nursing aides to do all the work they expect the aides to do for the level of care residents are.

Fredericksburg, VA

ProsIf you like what you do and taking care of the elderly.

ConsNot enough nurses aides to do a proper job and feel good about it.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook at all the nurses you have to do paperwork and to assist the director.
but not enough resident aides to take care of residents and they allways act like they help on floor but does not happen. They say everyone needs to answer pages but the excuse is not enough pagers or pendents to do this and when there was not enforced to make sure nurses helped out more with residents. If they cannot do this more resident aides need to be put out on floors to work with residents.I quit there because when i left i knew i could not do what they expected for the residents when there were to many residents for one aide to care for at one time.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
