Pros

Lots of opportunity for ongoing training- if you want it.

Cons

Large corporation- individual facilities are sometimes at the mercy of corporate rules and regs.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on securing better compensation for employees- it's hard to motivate when the pay is low.

I have been working at Emeritus Senior Living full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

As above with really nothing good to say about the companies commitment to the stock prices and corporate bonuses.

    Cons

There is a complete dissociation between Seattle head office and the product which is just a means to an end. A disgraceful and extreme reflection on capitalism.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Practice what you hopelessly try to communicate with your incredible hypocritically ridden company internal "e" mails, and please don't ever think about running an airline.
Change the company's slogan to :- "Our corporate family is committed to our corporate family".

    Neutral Outlook

Beautiful views of Puget Sound from the building, monthly get togethers for the head office, casual environment, fun colleagues.

    Cons

Low pay, strict monitoring of check in/out times, location is far from a good variety of food.
