Pros

Good Stable company. Profitable. High Potential Employees can advance quickly. Opportunities around the world. Promotes from within. Innovative people with ability to solve problems in all functions and areas. Onsite fitness center and classes available.

Cons

Work - life balance is not great. Location within St. Louis is bad. There is nowhere to live nearby - most commute 30+ minutes. Old manufacturing culture. Office politics at its worst.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue expanding into emerging markets. Work on developing talent and leadership within.
