Emerson's goal is to continue to grow its low cost country workforce and supply base. This does not bode well for the future of its employees and operations in the US and Europe.

Advice to Senior Management

Emerson's reputation will suffer if the continual push for low cost suppliers and material cost reductions creates a culture of indifference to quality.
