overall a very solid company. well managed, people are respected, culture is good. compensation is good. managers are usually good.

Cons

work life balance is a challenge, very little vacation time comparing to other companies. old-style management sometimes. Need to dress-up all time in the corporate offices.

Advice to Senior Management

offer better work0life balance to attract more talent, especially high-tech people, who are usually what the company is targeting. St louis is not a best place to work/live, so at least give them some break once in a while.
